What is a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner?

Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioners are professionals trained in holistic nutrition and complementary therapies. RNCPs are certified by the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (IONC). Professional members of IONC have met its strict educational and ethetical standards.

RNCPs take a holistic approach, focussing on the body's ability to heal itself. The nutritionist's goal is to help clients achieve optimal health the natural way, by eating a diet consisting of whole foods. Supplements may be recommended, if required. Diet and lifestyle suggestions are provided.

Nutritional consultations take place in a relaxed and supportive environment. All information is confidential.
