In this newsletter, I want to tell you about one of the seemingly best kept secrets around the Carrot Common. Just vertically above the Big Carrot and clearly visible from my clinic window is a beautiful roof garden and herb-garden. I will often spend my lunch time here. Perhaps I pick up a light salad at the Big Carrot and take the stairway just five yards from the exit. It’s a little slice of paradise and a break from the frenetic pace of Toronto.
Here’s an idea: after a massage or shiatsu therapy session with me, before returning to the real world, take the time to decompress and reflect on the beauty of the world.
I also want to let you know that I will be going to England from August 4th until September 7th. Because of the pandemic, I have not seen family for almost three years. I will look forward to seeing you before my departure or on my return. Enjoy the rest of the summer.
